I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who sees the therapeutic process as a collaborative one. I aim to provide a therapeutic experience where you feel seen, listened to, valued and challenged. All of which I believe to be necessary aspects of the therapeutic process.
I approach therapy with a systemic lens and draw from theoretical approaches such as experiential, trauma informed, Internal family systems, (IFS), solution focused, amongst other evidence-based approaches.
