In the course of treatment, we typically incorporate elements of trauma-informed techniques, mindfulness, and behavioral therapies—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Brainspotting.
And if you’re in search of couples counseling, we also have therapists on our team who specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method for couples.
