Relationships. Change. Life.
Individuals, couples, relationships, and families are all experts on their own experiences. My role is to support you in exploring challenges, trace their roots, and build on your strengths as we work toward meaningful change. I help people feel safe enough to connect and brave enough to grow as we explore new ways of relating to yourself and others.
As a relational and systemic therapist, I see struggles not only within individuals, but also in relationships and the larger systems we live in. I approach these patterns with curiosity about how they show up within us, between us, and around us.
In our sessions, I honor the human need for nurturance and belonging. It is my hope that you feel seen and understood throughout our time together. My approach blends attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and experiential, collaborative methods to help deepen connections and repair relationships.
Before joining Through Therapy Collective, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and Gender and Women’s Studies from St. Catherine University and my master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my partner and our children, taking care of my plants, traveling, enjoying sweets and treats, and practicing yoga.
If you’re curious about working together, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help us get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit. Please feel free to reach out!
