Life presents many seasons and transitions which can impact mental wellness. Whether you pursue support as an individual, with a partner, or as part of a family unit (chosen or biological), I strive to provide a respectful space for curiosity and expression. Together we can name, process, and explore things that may keep you feeling stuck, like systemic barriers, traumatic events, relationship difficulties, self-limiting beliefs. Most importantly, the relationship that we create in your therapeutic process has the potential to support your healing and transform your personal relationships.
Our work together will be informed by your goals and lived experiences. I practice cultural humility and provide care with integrated theoretical approaches including Adlerian, Liberation Psychology, and Person-Centered Therapy. I provide gender affirming care and safe space for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC community members.
I have experience in supporting people and their caregivers at end-of-life as a board-certified music therapist (MT-BC), and I am a trauma-informed experienced registered yoga teacher (E-RYT) with experience leading yoga in eating disorder treatment for adolescents and adults. Presently, I am a student intern with Through Therapy Collective, gaining field experience and supervision toward a post-master's certificate in counseling with a focus on marriage and family therapy through Adler Graduate School.
I am available for in-person care at the St. Paul office.
