I’m a proud Minnesotan with a deep commitment to supporting individuals through compassionate, evidence-based care.

I graduated in 2020 from the University of Minnesota’s Integrated Behavioral Health program, and I’ve been a licensed drug and alcohol counselor since 2013. My work is grounded in harm reduction and person-centered philosophies, with a strong focus on addressing the systemic racism and oppression that affect individuals both within and outside of therapy.

I bring diverse experience working with adults and older teens in both residential and outpatient settings, as well as in community health. I have a particular passion for working with populations facing generational trauma, traumatic brain injuries, and severe and persistent mental health conditions. My specialty lies in developmental, racial, and religious trauma, and I also work closely with LGBTQ+ individuals, people who use drugs (PWUD), those in recovery, and non-binary or gender non-conforming individuals. My goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and healing space for everyone I serve.

"Wounding and healing are not opposites. They're part of the same thing. It is our wounds that enable us to be compassionate with the wounds of others. It is our limitations that make us kind to the limitations of other people. It is our loneliness that helps us to find other people or to even know they're alone with an illness. I think I have served people perfectly with parts of myself I used to be ashamed of."
