My name is Sofia, and I provide therapy for individuals, including children over 12 years old, adolescents, and adults. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to counseling, and I aim to provide individualized care for each client. Together we can explore patterns or factors that may be contributing to various levels of discomfort, distress, or dissatisfaction in your life. I believe each person is capable of healing themselves through a reflective process in a safe and judgment-free environment.

I completed a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2020, and I am currently a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota.
On a personal note, I adore animals and fun activities! I have a pet dog and guinea pig of my own. I love soccer, skiing, roller blading and figure skating. I also love blasting music in the car to my favorite jams :)
